About c-sense

Enabling the Next Generation of AFM Measurements

c-sense is an Austrian nanotechnology company specializing in self-sensing cantilever technology and laser-free nanoscale force measurements for scientific research, OEM integration and advanced instrumentation.

Our mission is simple: to enable measurements where conventional optical AFM reaches its limits. By combining proprietary self-sensing cantilever technology with dedicated electronics and application expertise, we help researchers and instrument manufacturers perform reliable nanoscale measurements in environments where optical beam deflection becomes difficult — or impossible.

These include:

  • Opaque or conductive liquids
  • Cryogenic environments
  • Confined geometries
  • Vacuum and SEM systems
  • Nanoprobing
  • Customized force sensing solutions

Based in Austria – Serving Customers Worldwide

Headquartered in Austria, c-sense supports customers across Europe, North America and Asia through a growing international network of scientific partners.

From the first feasibility discussion to application support and long-term collaboration, we aim to be a trusted technology partner rather than simply a component supplier.

Award

c-sense is proud to announce that we have been awarded an Eureka label for our CAS-C project, in co-operation with our partners Alemnis, Danube University and EPFL.

The CAS-C NanoInspect brings the power of correlated surface analysis into the failure analysis labs of the semiconductor industry — thin film analysis at nm-resolution in one station, at an unchallenged level.
