Silicon self-sensing Cantilevers
Silicon piezo-resistive self-sensing cantilevers enable completely new applications in the fields of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), nanoprobing, torque-magnetometry, or other sensing applications such as gas dynamics and media properties.
C-sense offers standard silicon self-sensing cantilevers with a variety of resonant frequencies and stiffnesses, and either with a silicon tip or tipless. In addition, these cantilevers can also include heaters for electrothermal self-actuation.
